Welding
I learned how to weld steal metal today! My sculpture teacher showed a few of us how to weld little knots in sheets of steal. We used a thicker sheet at first while the teacher was there, but then moved to a thinner sheet later to practice. Nathan (my teacher) wanted us to spell our names with little knots in the steal. So, I went first and might have accidently welded the thinner steal sheet to the table...yeah. I guess you have to move a little bit faster when working with thinner sheets, because you will weld through the sheet and onto the table. Who knew!! No worries though, the table is just a few sheets of steal, so we'll switch then out. I really like welding though!!! I just need to practice!
