Alright guys...it's official...I am in the Nursing program at the University of Portland! AHHH!! This morning I attended the Junior/Senior Nursing program's orientation! It was scary and exciting at the same time! There were about 150 future nurses at the meeting(me being one of them!!), all different ages, all coming from different schools, and all ready to get this thing done with!! The Nursing staff was very nice...BUT, they were very serious about their program being intense. I am confident that I will do well in UP's Nursing program or I will die trying!! I know I am typing the words "Nursing Program" and "University of Portland" a lot, but part of me still can't get my head around the FACT that I, Kathleen McKenzie Meyer am now a current student at the University of Portland and am in their Nursing Program...it's CRAZY!! AHHHH, I got that "excited/scared" feeling. Like 98% excited, 2% scared. Or maybe it's more - It could be - it could be 98% scared, 2% excited but that's what makes it so intense, it's so - confused. I can't really figure it out!!!
